This man with license number 17359w3 don't know how to drive. This dude was on the left turn signal light, out of nowhere merges to the right lane going straight, without signaling to the right almost causing an accident. He was inches away of causng an accident. This was in Garden Grove, Nov 8, 2025, 3:25 p.m.
